01 — Corrugated structure

Every Great Package Begins with Structure.

Corrugated Boxes, Engineered Around Your Product.

Submit your required dimensions, quantity, printing, and handling specifications. GC Abucay Packaging Corporation will review your requirements and prepare a customized quotation.

Packaging requirements vary according to product and handling conditions. Final specifications and pricing will be stated in the written quotation.

02 — Quick quotation entry

Measured. Structured. Prepared for Quotation.

If you already know the size and quantity you need, start here. Your entries are carried into the configurator, where you can add printing, material and handling details before the request is reviewed.

Nothing is sent from this panel. It only opens the configurator with these values filled in.

03 — Box-type discovery

One dieline, several structures.

Each structure below is a different way of cutting and creasing the same board. Choose the one that matches how your product is packed, stored and handled, or ask for a recommendation during the request.

04 — Product-based guidance

Built Around What You Need to Protect.

Not sure which specification you need? Tell us what you intend to pack, and we will guide you through the information required for quotation.

The guided path replaces packaging terminology with plain questions about your product. Your answers are translated into a specification you can review before it is submitted, so nothing is requested on your behalf that you have not seen.

This guide is illustrative and is not an engineering certification.

  1. 01

What is going in the box

The product, how many units per box, and its approximate weight.

  2. 02

    How it is handled

Whether it is fragile, whether boxes are stacked, and how they are stored and transported.

  3. 03

    How it should present

Plain board or printed, and whether the box is opened by an end customer.

  4. 04

    What you are unsure about

Anything you would rather have reviewed can be marked as not sure, and it is raised during technical review.

05 — Dimension guide

Length, width, height — measured the same way every time.

Most quotation delays come from a dimension being read the wrong way round, or from internal and external measurements being mixed. The interactive guide shows which face is which, where clearance is added, and how to record a measurement so it can be quoted without a second exchange.

Worked example

A product measured at 300 × 200 × 120 mm, packed one unit per box, with a standard clearance of 10 mm on each side.

Product
300 × 200 × 120 mm
Clearance
10 mm per sideCovers the product going in and out of the box.
Internal box
320 × 220 × 140 mm
Also shown as
12.60 × 8.66 × 5.51 in

06 — Corrugated construction

Three sheets doing three different jobs.

Corrugated board is not thick paper. It is a bonded assembly: a flat liner, a fluted medium, and a second flat liner. Change the way those three are combined and you change how much weight the box carries, how it survives stacking, and how printing sits on the surface.

A single-wall construction uses one fluted medium between two liners. A double-wall construction adds a second medium and a third liner. Which is appropriate depends on the weight, the stacking height and the handling conditions you describe in the request.

Final material construction and availability remain subject to specification review.

Packaging options and finishes
L1

Outer liner

The flat outer sheet. It takes any printing and is the surface that is handled, stacked against and labelled.

M

Fluted medium

The wave-formed sheet bonded between the liners. The arches act as columns, which is where the board gets its stiffness and its cushioning.

L2

Inner liner

The flat sheet on the product side. It closes the structure and gives the medium something to brace against.

07 — How quotation works

From specification to confirmed order.

Seven steps, each with a visible state. You always know which stage your request is at, and no stage advances without something you can see.

The process in full
  1. 01

    Configure

Enter your dimensions, quantity, material preference and printing requirement. Multiple box items can be included in a single request.

  2. 02

    Submit

Review your specifications and submit. No account registration is required, and you receive a reference number immediately.

  3. 03

    Technical review

Your requirements are reviewed. If anything is unclear or incomplete, you are contacted for clarification before costing.

  4. 04

    Formal quotation

A written quotation is prepared and sent to you through a secure link, stating pricing, terms and validity.

  5. 05

    Accept or revise

Accept the quotation online, or request a revision. A revised specification is issued as a new quotation version.

  6. 06

    Purchase order

Upload your purchase order against the accepted quotation to confirm the order.

  7. 07

    Reorder

Previously accepted specifications remain available, so a repeat order does not have to be specified again from scratch.

A quotation request, and a quotation on its own, do not constitute a confirmed production order. An order is confirmed when a purchase order is uploaded against an accepted quotation.

08 — Industries

What usually decides the specification.

Packaging requirements vary according to product and handling conditions. The notes below are the factors that most often change the answer in each sector.

Industries and applications
Food and Beverage
Handling, moisture exposure and stacking conditions are usually the deciding factors. Any direct-food-contact requirement must be stated so it can be reviewed before quotation.
E-commerce and Retail
Despatch boxes are typically specified around courier handling, unboxing presentation, and the cost of void fill.
Industrial and Manufacturing
Component weight, edge crush and stacking height in storage generally drive the board specification.
Agriculture and Produce
Ventilation, moisture and cold-chain conditions materially change what is suitable. State the storage environment when requesting quotation.
Electronics and Technology
Clearance around the product and internal location of the unit are usually more important than outer box size alone.
Pharmaceutical and Healthcare
Any regulatory, labelling or traceability requirement should be described in the request so it can be reviewed.
Apparel and Textiles
Folded volume and presentation on opening tend to determine both the structure and the printing requirement.
Cosmetics and Personal Care
Often a combination of an outer despatch box and an internal structure that holds the product in position.

09 — What affects a quotation

No automatic price. A reviewed one.

This website does not generate a price. Corrugated pricing depends on how the factors below combine for your specific requirement, and a figure produced before that review would be misleading. Final specifications and pricing will be stated in the written quotation.

Factor 01

Dimensions

Length, width and height determine the sheet area required per box, which is the largest single driver of material cost.

Factor 02

Quantity

Set-up effort is spread across the run, so per-unit cost normally decreases as quantity increases. Alternative quantity tiers can be quoted side by side.

Factor 03

Board construction

Single-wall and double-wall constructions differ in strength and in material used. The appropriate construction depends on weight, stacking and handling.

Factor 04

Material and appearance

Kraft and white-top surfaces differ in cost and in how printing appears on them.

Factor 05

Printing

The number of colours and the printed area affect both the unit price and any one-time plate requirement.

Factor 06

Tooling

Die-cut structures and printing plates may carry a one-time set-up charge, which is stated separately in the quotation.

Factor 07

Delivery or pickup

Delivery location and arrangement are quoted separately from the boxes themselves.

Factor 08

Special requirements

Coatings, structural features, or specific handling conditions are reviewed individually.

10 — Packaging gallery

Every corrugated box begins as a flat blank. Seeing the blank is often the fastest way to recognise the structure you already use, or to describe the one you want quoted.

11 — Customer platform

Your specifications, kept where you can reach them.

A quotation request does not require an account. If you would like to follow a request, review a quotation, or order the same box again, the customer portal keeps that history against your verified email address.

A

Verified access

The portal opens only after you prove control of the email address the request was made from. Specifications are never visible before that.

B

Quotations in one place

Each quotation arrives through a secure link and stays available with its version history, so you can see exactly what changed between revisions.

C

Accept, revise, or send a purchase order

Accept a quotation online, ask for a revision, or upload your purchase order against the version you accepted.

D

Reorder without respecifying

Previously accepted specifications remain available, so a repeat order starts from the box you already approved.
