This website is operated by GC Abucay Packaging Corporation, No. 6, Purok 4, G. Marcelo St., Brgy. Maysan, Valenzuela City, Philippines. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Where you use the site on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the organisation is bound by these terms.

The site publishes information about corrugated packaging and provides a structured way to send a requirement for quotation. It is not an online shop. No prices are displayed, no checkout exists, and nothing on the site can be bought directly.

Everything shown about box styles, materials and structures is offered to help you describe a requirement accurately. The specification that governs any transaction is the one stated in a written quotation issued by the company and accepted by you.

Content is prepared carefully but is general in nature. Packaging requirements vary according to product and handling conditions, so guidance on this site is illustrative and is not an engineering certification. Illustrations, three dimensional previews and gallery items are shown for structural illustration and are not photographs of completed customer projects.

Where a figure has not been confirmed for publication, the site leaves it out rather than showing an estimate. You should not treat the absence of a figure as a statement about capability in either direction; ask, and it will be answered in writing.

Submitting a request does not create a contract and is not a confirmed production order. A quotation issued in response is an offer to supply on the terms it states, and it may be revised or withdrawn as described in that quotation.

Accuracy

Dimensions, quantities and handling conditions must be stated accurately, with the unit of measurement. A quotation is prepared from what you submit, and an incorrect figure produces an incorrect quotation.

Provide an email address you control and monitor. Quotations and clarification requests are sent there.

Completeness

Tell us about any requirement that affects suitability, such as direct food contact, regulatory labelling, cold storage or unusual stacking. These must be reviewed before a specification can be confirmed.

Lawful use

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malicious code.

You keep ownership of the artwork, drawings, photographs and documents you upload. By submitting them you confirm that you own them or are licensed to use them for the purpose of having packaging quoted and produced, and that their use for that purpose does not infringe anyone else rights.

You grant GC Abucay Packaging a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, view, reproduce and adapt those materials only as needed to evaluate your requirement, prepare a quotation, and produce and deliver the packaging you order. We do not use your artwork for promotion or publish it in a gallery.

Files are held in private storage and are not made publicly accessible. See the privacy notice for how long they are kept.

The name GC Abucay Packaging Corporation, the company logo, and the text, layout, illustrations and interface of this site belong to the company or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use in connection with a requirement or an order.

You may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially, or present it as your own, without written permission. Nothing here transfers any right in the company name or logo.

No interference

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on it.

No circumvention

Do not attempt to access records, files, quotation links or administrative areas that were not issued to you, or to probe or test the security of the site.

No automated harvesting

Do not scrape, mine or systematically extract content, and do not submit requests by automated means or in bulk.

No misrepresentation

Do not submit a request in someone else name or impersonate another business.

We may suspend or withdraw access where use of the site breaches these terms or threatens its security or availability.

A quotation is delivered through a link tied to your request, and portal access is confirmed against an email address you control. Treat those links as confidential: anyone who has the link may be able to view the quotation it points to.

Do not forward a quotation link to anyone who should not see the specification and pricing it contains. If you believe a link has been shared in error, write to us and it can be replaced.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided on an as available basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. If a submission fails, nothing has been recorded, and you should submit again or write to us.

Some links, such as the map search used for directions, lead to services operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

To the extent permitted by law, GC Abucay Packaging is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Obligations relating to goods actually supplied are governed by the accepted quotation and the order documents, not by these website terms.

Personal information submitted through this site is handled as described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

These terms may be updated as the site and the business change. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. The specific venue is to be confirmed by the company as part of the review of this document.
